Hi everyone, we are new to my fitness pal and are having a little bit of a struggle. We are trying to edit our settings to reflect 10% carbs, 70% fat, and 20% protein. We save the changes but it automatically resets us back to 50% carb etc. Does anyone have any insight as to how we can make these changes reflect what we want without having to ‘upgrade’ ?

Did you ever get that worked out? I would love to reset mine as well. Instead of intermittent, I want to do Keto once a week. Thanks for insights in advance.0
