Definitely hoping this time will be different. About a year ago I started Optavia and have lost a lot of weight on it and still have more to lose.

So I want to transition to using less prepackaged processed products. Though the convenience was nice, the limited options of things I appreciated is boring, not to mention the expense seems unnecessary.

Recently, I’ve been experimenting and want to continue with a high protein, low carb plan and still use some convenience foods. I’m a picky eater, and enjoy some vegetarian meals.

So Im hoping to find some good recipes & tips as well as work on meal planning & prep.

Basically, I’m looking for long term sustainable healthy eating habits. Some ppl who were on Optavia are having success using macro counters to aim for similar macros as Optavia has, so I’ll be needing to figure that out.
