Finally seeing some results of my less than 100 g of carbs a day. Been eating high protein and as low as possible carb for four weeks. Two Thai boxing sessions a week. Two gym days a week. 6000 steps minimum per day. Just water and coffee. No alcohol.

Starting weight 98kg mid Feb

Current weight 89 kg. 2 inches off waist and feeling fab.
