I am having a hard time meal planning preps. I’ll eat my planned lunches but then I’m going to cabinets and pantry and snacking out of bags. It’s a true problem, I know. The joys of food addiction history and a family that doesn’t support the journey. 🥴
I also know myself enough to know that if I pre-prep and portion and put in the efforts I’m more likely to grab that. 🙌🏼
