Keto with No Beef, Pork or Chicken
Hi! I'm new to Keto eating and am seeing some great results...5lbs in 2 weeks so far. :) I eat fish but not beef, pork or chicken. Any others out there? Would love some recommendations for great main course recipes. Look forward to seeing what others are doing!!

Hi! I was given a prescribed version of a ketogenic diet. I am supposed to eat five meals a day: 30g net carbs per day, but at each meal I am supposed to get 35g of protein and 15g of fat. it's crazy to think that I am losing at least 1kg each week without really doing anything different than jogging with the dog and cutting out all carbs 6 days a week. and this week looks to be the same once again.. NSV - didn't cave at an event today
I went to an offsite event where I couldn't control the food served. There were lots of carb loaded snacks like pretzels, crackers, cookies, fruit and candy to snack on. Too little carbs and cravings
I have done low carb for awhile like months and my sugar cravings never go away. I eat hardly any carbs so,I'm wondering if I need to eat some? Maybe that is why my body craves?

Keto vs low carb
Is under 50 grams of carbs per day considered ketogenic or low carb? Source of the carbs are from a banana (31 grams) and cottage cheese (10-15 grams) and other (10 grams). I’ve heard some say that a banana has what’s called slow carbs. Not sure about cottage cheese.
