Sugar
There's hidden sugar in everything (for example I've had 150ml Almond Milk) and this has raised my sugar levels to 4g. Does sugar have to be totally 0 in Keto?

Heavy lifting and a bulk while eating Keto??? Advice please!
I am looking for advice from weightlifters that are eating Keto and have been successful with cutting and bulking. I have the last 10 pounds of fat to lose and then plan on bulking to build muscle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

So, is it best to keep carbs at a specific number (like 25-50) OR at a specific percentage of total calories (like 5-6%)? Thanks!

xylitol and stevia
I have a couple of green drink powders I like to supplement with. One is unsweetened (yuck :-)) The other is sweetened with stevia and xylitol. The second one seems more satisfying which makes me wonder if my brain sees the sweeteners as carbs? What is your experience with stevia, xylitol and ketosis?
