Hi has anyone had success with using keto to treat fibromyalgia. I read some research to suggest it may help. New: too low on calories
First day on keto and had a low calorie intake....only 915 and missed the mark on protein and fat. Carbs was spot on. I was full and ate well (huge chicken Caesar salad for lunch and ground beef and cheese for dinner). Any tips?? I've got keto flu! What are some of the weird foods you eat/drink when you've got it? I'll start! I've started melting bouillon cubes into broth, with an additional sprinkle on top of Nu-Salt.
