Hi all, so I used the Keto calculator on ruled.me site. My limit for carbs is 20g net. However, when I enter food in my diary, it selects the total carbs and not net. Getting back on Keto
So my life has taken a complete turn around. I went from being active and staying on track but all that changed last year. I had neck surgery which has now disabled me. I'm limited in walking,standing, bending, pulling and pushing. Max weight limit is 10lbs. Starting over and hoping to find some support or success stories.

Week 4 gaining weight
So far i have been losing weight this week iv gained 0.8kg why would this be? Its not shark week and iv been sticking to macros not over eating etc what can i do to kick start the weight loss again. Totqlly demotivated now, iv been measuring as well as weight please help

I'm 5'3" 277lbs (insulin resistant/PCOS). Do I need to really eat 70% fat since I have so much body fat? I did read somewhere that as long as I meet the other 2 macros, fat intake didn't matter.
