hi Done insanity 2x now on third week 4. Lov my karate and insanity and 10 k runs. Need to control my eating as I also like to drink plenty of beer, only weekends though. I have an athletic body but would like to get more definition. Anyone got good tips : )

Do you track your calories burned? And if so, how do you do it? I haven't been able to find any of the programs listed in the exercise database. Do you put it under a more general exercise? If you do, what and for which program? Just curious. :smiley:

Starting Slim in 6 in June
I've been doing back-to-back rounds of 21 Day Fix since April along with PiYo. But my 8 weeks with the latter are coming to a close and I thought I'd mix things up by choosing a less intense program. T25 Newbie: SO SORE!!!
Did Day 2 of T25 last night. This morning I am crazy sore! I know that is expected but I'm worried that tonight's workout is going to be a struggle. Walking up and down stairs is a struggle for me at this point. Any tips on dealing with sore muscles? Maybe I need to stretch more afterwards.
