At 52 trying to lose 5-8 lbs is HARD. It just doesn't fall off like it used to (take a note you younger people!). I've spent the last 8 months eating and drinking like I was 30 and now have to try to lose and tone. I exercise regularly but need to be more accountable with my food and wine. I haven't used myfitnesspal for a few months now, but I'm getting back on it. All of a sudden, my recommended sugar for one day is 45g where it used to be 24g (before working out). I have the same goal, to lose a pound a week. I'm just wondering why the sugar intake went up? Does anyone know? Thanks.

Staying on Track advice.
