New to the Group
I'm 5'6", 127, and I'm 51. I want to lose 10 pounds. I work out regularly alternating between boot camp style classes, Body Pump, Indoor cycling, and yoga. It comes down to eating. Right now I'm using the 21-day Fix meal plan. It's been a good two weeks, but it's a VERY SLOW process.

How to loose a stone!
does anyone else find that last stone really hard to loose? Because I'm not really fat no one takes it seriously! Why aren't there more programmed on tv for people who have little bit to loose, it's always obese people.

Favorite Cardio/Motivation?
I swim (~20 min) twice a week, and take four dance classes, but none of these things really get my heart rate up. Outside of these activities, I do extra cardio about twice a week, but can't seem to find any joy in it! Meaning I've got no motivation to push myself...any tips or fave workouts??

Getting water in, need help!!
Biggest downfall, water intake. I know it is but i simply dont drink that much maybe 2 bottles a day- MAYBE- I have found that I wont drink from the tap as it has a chemical taste- So i bought filtered water bottles, they become a hassle because you have to squeeze them so hard.- My fridge at work is tiny and doesnt hold…

food intake on resting days
Ever since I have been diligent about working out regularly I find myself a lot hungrier. The frustrating part is I tend to want to eat just as much (if not more) on my resting days. Help not losing weight
I have been tracking my calories for 118 days religiously. I exercise six days a week . I have added muscle but not making any progress on weight loss for about a month now. I rarely and I mean rarely go over my calorie goal of 1420. Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
