No - you are wrong - a scale is not the issue. If it was the issue, I would not have lost weight last year. Using a scale is a thoughtless pat answer on these boards - which is why I say that. We use a ton of ground hot italian sausage. I make: pizza; sausage, broccoli rabe and quinoa pasta in white wine sauce; I put in in red sauce to make a ragu, I've even put it in scrambled eggs. All on 1200-1300 cals a day. You can do it!

yes - ive gained 2 pounds in the last week - im eating 1200 cals a day; this shoulnt happen, but it is. im staying focused on my goals, and will only try to look deeper if i dont lose for another 2-3 weeks.

This was helpful. Never thought about water weight signs other than just feeling bloated and kind of gross.
