Every little bit counts, right? Good job :)

The same thing happened to me when I went camping. I hiked everyday, walked a lot around the campsite too, tried to guesstimate my intake, set myself at maintenance, and still gained 3 lbs. It was worth it though.

Sticking with the plan of CICO.

I don't know what to do about it, but I'm right there with you. I lost 50 lbs and now just want to eat all the time. I'm over exercise, I'm over counting calories, and I just don't seem to care. I'll have a few good days, and then blow it. It's like I've lost the heart to continue. On the bright side, I'm very happy with…

I like to weigh daily and log losses as they come.

That's incredible, you're a superstar! :)

We are a family of six. I make one meal for everyone and then weigh out my portions. I may have more or less of something depending on calories. I'm trying to teach my children better eating habits, so this works for us. Though there are days that I'll just have salad or a frozen dinner instead.

I eat at least 50% of them back and have lost weight well.
-
As people said, the fat comes off in different places for everyone. I've lost 3 band and 1 cup size in bras since losing 50 lbs. I don't feel like they're any smaller though.

I've lost 50 lbs and have another 30 or more to go. I'd be happy to be a supportive friend that can inspire you! :)

First of all, I'd probably get a second opinion just to be safe. But FWIW, I also have four children and my stomach will probably never be the same. I used to be huge and look 9 months pregnant all the time, now that I've lost 50 lbs I only look about 4 months pregnant, but still, my belly is bigger than it should be, in…

I made a completely attainable goal to get me started. I decided I wanted to lose 52 lbs this year (SW 242). That gave me the incentive to lose without rushing or stressing. I've lost 50 lbs already though, so I've practically met that goal. My new adjusted goal is to lose another 30ish the rest of the year which should be…

You have to find that desire to be healthy again and get back to it. I started slipping after losing a significant amount of weight because I felt better than I had, but still being overweight, I knew I had to go further. So I let myself have some days and then got back to it.

When the trend continues downward you'll know. An added bonus is when clothes get looser.

You keep going and aim to do better, you can do this! Drink lots of water too.

Be patient. Eat healthy. Move more. But most of all enjoy that sweet baby.

I've been having issues with my Garmin Vivofit these past few days also.
-
I've been having a lot of trouble with the two syncing as of late. One day it said I had 42k steps...uh no. Yesterday it wasn't recognizing any steps nor was it syncing my calories burned or eaten, I had to go to the garmin website to get it to sync. *sigh* Usually I just go into my Garmin App on my phone and sync my steps…

I eat back at least 50% sometimes closer to 75% and I've had no trouble losing.
-
Yes I have days where I feel more hungry than normal, I generally just eat more and try to exercise a bit more, and hope it evens itself out over the week.
-
Congratulations on your weight loss! Sounds like you've learned a lot :)
-
You don't have to exercise, but it sure does make you feel good! I've noticed a huge increase in my mood and stamina from exercising. I also think you could stand to eat a lot more.
-
I just spent the weekend camping with my family. I tried my best to be active, but I ate more than I should have, it was more important to me to have fun. Now today I will just get right back to it, it's that simple.

In the beginning of my journey I would stay the same during my TOM, but now I lose weight during my TOM. Some people gain, some stay the same, some apparently can lose, it's nothing to worry about though as it's just a temporary gain if there is one.
-
This! I was over 200 lbs with each of my four pregnancies, gained around 15-25 lbs each time, kept some of it after too, but obviously I had bad eating habits.
-
I'm all about the calories so I'd set it at lightly active and see how it goes.
-
It happens to me too. Overeat, then lose. I find it amusing :)

It's a weight that I was comfortable at about 10 years ago. It's the best I've ever felt, so I'm shooting for that again. I would like to get in the healthy BMI range though, and that'd be an extra 10 lbs or so, so I may add on another goal when I'm done.

Eat, enjoy, log, move on. If you're that concerned, just keep your portions in control.
-
You just have to decide to make that change. I'm a mom of four and for so long I said I was too tired, busy, stressed to care about eating healthy and exercising. But then I decided enough was enough and I started taking care of myself. I definitely recommend exercising as soon as your little one takes a nap, that way it…
