Did you weight increase? Did you add a fitness tracker? Did you log exercise? Did you settings change (want to lose less per week, or change from sedentary to light exercise)?

I like the misfit tracker for walking,running,swimming and cycling. However it sucks when I do a really exhausting weight lifting workout and it doesn't give me much credit. (oh well, I probably don't need to eat those calories anyway).

I really like the misfit shine. It is cheap and lets me track swimming and biking. Also no charging. The battery usually lasts me about 3 months.

It is pretty close. I usually eat most of my calories and can still lose what mfp is set at (0.5 lb a week).

FYI: Apparently if you loose your misfit due to a faulty band, misfit will replace it no charge.

I have the misfit shine (not the flash), but it should be the same. You do have to connect from the misfit app but i had no problems. Open misfit app like you are downloading your activity. Go to profile. Tap three dots in the upper right hand corner, and choose apps. choose myfitness pal to connect.

I purchased a misfit shine in March and so far I love it. I cycle and swim with it. I wear the rubber wrist band and put it in the clasp for cycling. I have never had it pop out. I have not taken it off since I got it. Absolutely love it. I also have mine linked to mfp so I do not have to log any exercise in mfp anymore.…

funny, i usually lose a pound or two right before my monthly. Then it is my goal to keep it off during the next week, when i usually have cravings.

I exercise regularly and log most everything I eat and I still have resigned myself to the fact that I can only comfortably lose 2 pounds/month. I used to love going to the gym, but I started working out at home about a year ago. I figured it would save me a bit of money and I would go back to the gym, once I stopped doing it consistently. 30 of hiit sounds like a lot to start out with. I do hiit at home. I purchased a book by sean bartram. It is very good and offers lots of different workouts that you can do at home ranging from 5 min to 60 minutes. Sometimes I only have 5-15 min in the morning and I still find it very effective.

I just went down to 1200 to kick start my weight loss. I had stopped losing at 1700, so I dropped it a bit. I will probably only stay on the 1200 for a month. 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup oats mix in a bullet or blender. Makes 1 serving. Batter is a bit thick, but pancakes are tasty. Top with fruit or syrup.

I freeze my bananas when they get ripe and I am not going to eat them right away. they are terrific in morning smoothies and for making banana bread etc. Do you suppose I could use the frozen banana in these, or does it make it too watery?
