My name is Jill. I like to see what real people eat, and I like to get ideas for my own snacks and dinners. My food diary is public to my friends. I log in 98% of what I eat. I am not hard on you if you blow your calories thru the roof because sometimes I do it, too. I've logged in for almost 2 months straight.
I like to encourage people and motivate them to do well- to be the best they can be. I think it starts with what you put in your mouth and what you hold close to your heart.

Ha, love people who call a spade a spade! I lost 160lbs in Jan then got bored and tempted to go back to my old ways. Thankfully I am only 3 lbs heavier so and getting back on board today. Will add you if that's ok, I need someone positive saying well done, I get the odd like when I come in under cals but it's not the same x0 -

My diary is open to friends. I think I'm pretty active... I do a couple of spin classes a week, strength train 3x a week, walk my dogs about 3 miles a day (more on weekends, we like hiking) and I'm doing C25K at the moment to ease me back into running after a long period of time out.
