My food choices and my sedentary lifestyle made me fat. I believe in personal responsibility, and I am totally responsible for my weight.

I usually have hard boiled egg and some bacon, but I like to change it up. Bread is a no no for me, but 1/2 of an wheat english muffin with reduced sugar strawberry fruit spread and a bit of margarine is really good, add a little cottage cheese to the meal . A light and low carb yogurt with some granola is also a favorite.

I bought apple cider vinegar because I took had heard about the wonderful BS lowering effect it has. Tried to do 2tbsp in a big glass of ice cold water and I just couldn't get it down. The taste was awful. Even the drink it down fast thing didn't work.

Yes. I'd like to lose 110lbs. I'm currently 264,abs was just diagnosed as type 2 diabetic a week ago.
