  • Your recipes don't appear in the Recipe tab? Either on PC or smartphone app? :/ ETA: Yeah I checked and on PC it's just a long list of your own recipes. I use the app most of the time so I didn't realize. App is easier.
  • Running will defeat your purpose on the first count and won't help on the second. Start with food; you won't build much muscle if you don't have enough fuel to build the muscles.

  • How did you input the distance in MFP? I usually can't. I only have the option to enter walking speed + how long. Can you double-check which weight you put in when you set up your account?

  • 3x Yes! I keep trying. I am flexible; if something doesn't work I don't hesitate to admit defeat, learn my lessons and move on.
  • We walk at the same pace!! From experience it seems for every 10 lbs lost my pace increases by 1 min. Regardless if you are trying to lose weight or not you will improve over time. Congrats on today's PB!

  • Foods that can disappear from the planet as far as I am concerned: chocolate ice cream; chocolate mousse, chocolate cake and its variants: molten chocolate cake, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. Also chocolate and coconut don't go together at all.
