You absolutely can depending on what style you are doing. I practice everyday for 60 minutes - generally a power yoga or vinyasa/hatha style and it has definitely helped me in transforming my body.

I am on day 5 back after a break and I have also noticed I am incredibly grumpy and tired and anxious. I am hoping after a week or two back into the swing of things that I will be back to my happy and cheery self :smile: It always helps to know that others are having these struggles as well.

Yay congrats !!! I am down 17lbs and I am so excited to get to the 20lb mark...I feel like it's some kind of milestone :smile: I also have decided I am going to reward myself at each 20lbs lost with a new watch.
