Well, I'm just starting out but the reason I started mfp was because during my fall semester I went from size ten jeans to a really snug size 12 ( I actually bought size 14 because 12 was uncomfortable to sit in!)
    Now I'm a loose 12 and a snug 10...

My start waist was a 42. I'm not "done" yet but my waist as of this week was 30.5. I'm hoping to get back down to my old 28 inch waist.

Used to be 34 after having a baby and now it's 29.5. Still working on the last 6 lbs. My comfortable weight at 5'6 is a very modest 150 lbs.

went from a 39.5 to a 28.5 but Ive been working out almost 4 years and I still have between 15-25 lbs to lose. I will decide once I get closer to either of those.

From about 140 kg (308 pounds possibly more) to 108 kg (238) I went from 49 inch to 37. When I was about 95 kg (208) it was 35 inches before I regained a bit of weight. Before that I never measured so I don't know my lowest and I can't judge by clothing size I used to be because I've always shopped for my hips.

I am 5.6 with 37inches waist and. Six month old baby...aiming for a 30" waist too

I've been working hard on it for 3 years, since I had a spinal fusion then and started PT to strengthen my core. Every day I still spend about 45 minutes doing core work and yoga. I also swim 5 days a week and walk 5 -6 miles several days weekly.
