Well, I'm just starting out but the reason I started mfp was because during my fall semester I went from size ten jeans to a really snug size 12 ( I actually bought size 14 because 12 was uncomfortable to sit in!)
Now I'm a loose 12 and a snug 10...0 -

My start waist was a 42. I'm not "done" yet but my waist as of this week was 30.5. I'm hoping to get back down to my old 28 inch waist.0

I'm 5'6". My worst ever was 38.5". My best ever was probably around 27". I'm currently 33.5" and would happily settle for 29".0

went from 31" to 26.5"0

From about 140 kg (308 pounds possibly more) to 108 kg (238) I went from 49 inch to 37. When I was about 95 kg (208) it was 35 inches before I regained a bit of weight. Before that I never measured so I don't know my lowest and I can't judge by clothing size I used to be because I've always shopped for my hips.0

I've been working hard on it for 3 years, since I had a spinal fusion then and started PT to strengthen my core. Every day I still spend about 45 minutes doing core work and yoga. I also swim 5 days a week and walk 5 -6 miles several days weekly.0 -
