What are your before and after waist measurements in inches?

    So far from last April- 65" to 50.75, wow that is still a huge waist.

    Started at 44 inches now I'm 38 inches. Still got a long way to go!

    Waist size started at 36 now down to 28. Went from 179 to 126 lbs.
    5'2.5" 66 years old.

    Depends on your definition of waist. My true waist and my hips have quite the difference. Pants size at 5'7 and 230 was 16, at 145 was a loose 6 (hips at a 6, waist was a 4).

    Started at 34" and am down to 27". (5'4)

    It was 42" at 329 lbs. Now 28" at low 170s. FWIW my hips have gone from 55" down to 38". I'm 5'7" and I lift heavy. :)

    Started at 44", 7 months later dropped down to 33". Still a ways to go. 5'8" here.
