Wed and Thur increased steps dramatically: 14,000 and 10,000. My normal steps lately are under 5000. Big improvement for me!! Today I am helping my mom in her attic, so saving my energy for that. I wont have many steps, but a lot of lifting and rearranging. Still need to work on increasing water intake...... I sometimes…

I found it!! Yea!! Thank you , Lea <3 My Beautiful behavior focus for March is exersice!! Sticking with mostly Whole30 foods plan with non compliant foods sprinkled in as I feel strongly enough to handle. I love March and April- garden prepping time, good work out and fulfilling for me. I have a new motivation for this…

Oh I hear you, Lady J!!! :'( That is tremendously hard when those who are supposed to love and support you, stomp on you...... How anyone could harass a beautiful, smiling face like yours is beyond all earthly comprehension. Binge eating, overeating , secret eating, eating to numb, eating for comfort, the list is…

It's been a rough couple of weeks with family issues, and my usually food issues........ I successfully completed my Whole30 in January and my reintroduction in the first 2 weeks of February. I learned that I definitely have an issue with wheat and wheat and sugar together makes it much worse. Fell off the wagon the last 2…

It thought that was odd too!! I have to say , I'm not a big potato fan (except for chips- lol) but have learned to love smashed potatoes. Paired with protein, it carries me a long time.

down another pound with a total of 13.5lbs since Jan 2. Still battling the urge to secretly binge but hanging strong. I have not had a binge since Jan 2. I stopped my reintroduction a little early and now doing modified whole30. Adding in just a few things and not at every meal. Interesting to note that oatmeal, rice and…

THIS IS FABULOUS <3 <3 <3 Dear Food, I don't need you anymore to soothe my pain or cure my boredom. I am now the dictator in this relationship. You are the one in shackles, and I'm finally feeling free......

Over did it with some dip last night, but resisted against a binge today. Even though I had a small slip up , it is not going to cause me to get off track completely. I'm making new habits and adjusting how I deal with overeating. Perfection doesn't exist, and I don't have to waste my time and energy trying to achieve the…

Happy Friday everyone!! a few thought are rushing through my mind After abstaining from weighing for a month while on my Jan whole30, I have a new found appreciation for the scale. It is a tool that tells me how my progress is going. I have weighed myself everyday for three days : loss on Wed, loss on Thurs, and a 1/2 lb…

I also had an "enough is enough" moment and now I am extremely motivated to FINALLY get rid of this extra weight that is holding me back!! We CAN do this!! <3

- my husband and children. We decided as a family for all of us to eat healthier. I'm the only one with weight issues. They have been fantastic in being encouraging and willing to try new recipes as we experiment to find new favorites. It has made my journey so much more bearable.

That would be tough!! Make the healthiest choice you can for the environment that you are in!!! I pack my hubby's lunch with healthy stuff if you want a list of ideas. He's not a trucker, but drives a service van to different locations every day. Best wishes on your weight loss journey!!!
