Agree. Deadlifts for the glutes. And hip thrusts. Also, I use gloves. I'm all about a nice *kitten*. Not torn up hands. Thanks.

This is what I would do. And I would hate every second of it

5'7"-5'8" Like another poster said- sort of depends on your body. When I go all the way down- you know like the way people in third world countries poop in holes- my knees are at my toes. Back is straight. Knees do not cave in. I pause, take that second in the pocket, then engage the glutes and push up. I absolutely love…

Last Sunday I had a maple bacon donut. It was A-MAZING. Donuts are already awesome but this one was maple glazed and had 2 pieces of chopped thick cut bacon on top. Oh boy.

*kitten* to grass B) This is how I squat. Like others have posted, the weight is less than what I can lift to parallel. I choose this method because I feel my glutes are more engaged in the way up from the grass whereas I feel my quads are more engaged in a parallel. I see absolutely nothing wrong with either one. Both are…

I think it's beneficial for your body to start using weights. Asap. Squats are a girls best friend.

Chips, salsa, and queso. Oh and homemade bread. Done. These things don't stand a chance when I'm around.

I eat the same stuff repeatedly. Chicken and some vegetable. Pork and some vegetable. Left over protein chopped up on a salad the next day. Breakfast is the same day in and day out. The only changes are if I go out or like last weekend treat myself to an amazing maple bacon donut. Only thing I noticed in your question that…

I like her workouts. But why pay $9.99? She posts free workouts everyday....

When my back causes me issues, I go to the chiropractor and then I do A LOT of stretching over the next few weeks. Walk walk walk. It tends to help with that "twinge". After about a week I start with the weights again but never to my max. More stretching. Another trip to the chiro. Usually takes me about a month to nurse…

Seriously the funniest thing I've read in a while ;)

I have to make myself take rest days. I'm allergic to them. And since my gym is in my house... Yeah, I'm like ok today is rest day! You will rest!! OH LOOK! WEIGHTS!! And then I fail at resting. :#

Love Melissa Bender. I do MANY of her workouts. I also workout from home. Converted my home office to a gym and I am so blessed to be able to walk 20ft to my gym, kick *kitten* for 40-60 minutes and then shower in my own home. Wouldn't have it any other way!

Buy a scale to weigh the food and MFP has an extensive database of foods. Search your food, input the weight from your scale... Calories and nutrients calculated for you.

THIS!! <3 B)

Just like the previous poster... Make sure your activity level is set properly. I'm getting hungry just thinking of what it feels like to under eat :/

Crossfit is demanding on the body. Uses some serious fuel. Could be that you aren't eating enough to support your activity. But you did say that the first 2 weeks were fine... What is your weightloss goal weekly?

Before my weight training days I run a quick mile... 10 minute pace. Light stretch after the run and then hit the weights.
-
Lift more than the last time and you'll get that ;)

Stay away from BACON?? Pfft. Not a chance.
-
Yeah that one!

There is the perfect thread to address your question under "General diet and weight loss". It's at the top. It's pinned so it won't go anywhere. Title is "so you want a nice stomach"... Wish I could copy and paste the link but I can't find how on my phone. Anyway- excellent advice. Read that ;)

I fit them into my day as well. I REALLY like the cliff builder bars... Chocolate mint. Holy cow. Tastes like thise Girl Scout thin mint cookies. You know, the ones created by the devil himself? So yeah, I'm really glad I found these builder bars. They have more protein than the normal cliff bars as well.

Drop a good deuce! I spit my drink out on that one!

I add 1/2 scoop to my oatmeal for breakfast and 1/2 scoop to plain Greek yogurt for my evening snack. This mixed with fruit is.... Yum!

This.

Oh the bacon was YUM. Salty and sweet. Loved every bite. The other 2 are red velvet cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake. I DID NOT eat all of them. Just 1 maple bacon. I will save the red velvet for later if calories allow. The other 2 belong to My Love, he ate them in about 2 minutes flat ;) This donut shop is something…

My diary is open. More than welcome to see the amount I drink and how often. I have been very open in multiple threads about my consumption. I like it. I won't give it up. And I fit it into my calories. NORMALLY I do not see a change in my performance at the gym. If I have a heavy late night... I will be sluggish and I…

Lmao. This is beautiful.

This is exactly why I do it. Whether my treat is cheesecake or a night out with the girls... I want to be able to do it/eat it etc
