How many days a week do you work out? And for how long?

i usually workout 4 days a week for about 45 minutes each time... Seems to work for me, how about you?

    3 x wee- 1.5-2.5 hours a pop

    dance is a separate thing.
    February saw the addition of cardio- minimum of two 15 min sessions- but I'm having fun logging miles on the road- so the goal for march is 60 miles.

    I have to make myself take rest days. I'm allergic to them. And since my gym is in my house... Yeah, I'm like ok today is rest day! You will rest!! OH LOOK! WEIGHTS!! And then I fail at resting. :#

    I have little kids, so I only get my lunch breaks guaranteed to myself. The gym is 1.5miles from my workplace, so I take advantage of that and run there and back with a 30mins workout in between, 5 days a week. On weekends I take up the odd physical activity, running, biking, swim etc. I am lucky to live in a small town with a huge outdoor movement, so there is always something on somewhere.

    I just accidentally went 10 days with no rest days doing at least an hour every day. I took my rest day yesterday and it was awful.

    I try to aim for 4, but I sometimes do 3. Between 45 mins and an hour for me.

    6-7, M/W/F (2-3 hrs each), Tu/Th (3+ hrs each, S/Su (4+ hrs each)

    I workout between 3 and 6 days a week anywhere from 30min to 1.5 hrs depending on how much I'm working

    4-5 days a week, 2 1/2 - 3 hours each time. Seems to work for me.

    I exercise 4-6 times a week for thirty minutes depending on my work schedule. However, I have a pretty active lifestyle these days. So I get additional exercise in my activities of daily living.
