Hi there. Tuesday went well apart from the water intake. For some reason I have swapped water for white coffee , which is not helping my sinuses. Yesterday was OK food wise . Not amazing but within the limits. Water was good and the washing was hung out. Exercise happened as well. An all round win. Today's plan is to go for not fat Friday. Morning all. Yesterday was good apart from swapping out the yoga for junk food. Stayed under calories though. Today the plan is rigid adherence to the meal plan. I need to brake the sneaky snack habit.

2 out of three yesterday. But I cleared the remaining today with a lovely long walk over the very windy headland. Back to work tomorrow so the plan is the standard Water not coffee No unauthorised snacking Stick to the meal plan Lunch time walk and a morning one if possible

Don't be discouraged @Kenda2427 most of us only post the good days. When I look back over the last 2 weeks there have been more bad days than good. Take the time you need to heal and rest and I hope you feel better soon

Maybe we should rename this Wonderful Wednesday? Yesterday went surprisingly well. Today the plan is walking, yoga and sticking to the meal plan. So far it's been a bit snacktastic but still on track. Lots of water helps

So true Wednesday worked for me. All as planned. Thursday is weigh in and I am worried I will have gained but that is the chocolate pudding effect. Not helped but too much dairy which can set my sinuses off. So I will be strict about the black coffee and that will also help limits caffeine intake. And if the weather holds…

I hung out the washing so the that's something. Other than that is was a total fail day. Wednesday will be better. I will not eat the leftover stale cake I will drink water I will eat as planned there will be yoga after work after a hectic days work Bring it on I can do this
