@yogicarl sir my daily calorie need is 1597 & I am eating 1400 calories & Carbs%Protein%::Fat% is 15%:35%:50%. Also doing HIVT for 2 hrs. Drinking 5-6ltr of water daily.

I don't do cardio instead I workout with weight as 1hr cardio burns only 100-150 calories and muscle burns more calories. And yes drinking BCAA during workout, also taking glutamine n protein 110gm daily. @nicklaunch91

I use belt (gym belt) while lifting heavy wrs. Try it if u want, hope then you will not get lower back probs.

To reduce bf%. Current is 24% and I want to reduce it to 10%-12%. To be honest friends I tried 5%:35%:60% C:P:F ratio for keto. I am a veggy so was eating PANEER all the day and I gaveup after 1 week as I was unable to eat PANEER anymore. So now following 15%:35%:50% ratio.

Well go for green salad, egg omlet white or whole, depends on you. 1 fruit like banana or orange or Lemonhoneywarm water after above said food. Try PANEER/tofu or hone made vegy soup.

Sugar 5gm to 10gm. After that our body spike insulin which order liver to use excess sugar and this prevents burning of fatty acids in our body which results in fat later on. So I would suggest intake short carbs like table sugar for instant energy one else stay away from sugar.

Try to eat same calories at the fixed interval of time & drink 6-7 liters of water daily. Eat healthy. Stay fit. As unequal dividing of calories may make you feel heavily filled at one time & hungry at other time. Also decide according to type & amount of movement you are gonna do in next some hours.

Very slow means your diet isn't properly maintained. Loosing very fast means gaining of weight very fast after you stop workout/diet. Try to decide how much weight you want to lose every week like 1pound 1.5pound and stick to it up to the time you reach your desired goal of weight loss.
