Yes and no. I find that after leg days I can get incredibly sore... To the point that rolling over in bed causes me to let out some not so attractive grunts and moans. I keep it pretty basic: runners, extra socks, undies (there'll be times I'm coming from work and barefoot from wearing heels or sucky-inny undies which just aren't conducive to working out), headphones, extra hair ties, bobby pins , lock, water bottle, deodorant, body mist. I second the probiotics; supplements, yogurt, kefir etc. Kindly take a walk to the bathroom when you feel the need to let one rip... Maybe keep a box of matches in your desk

I agree with everyone else -- eat at maintenance and possibly up your proton to help with recovery. Once you are back into the gym, go slow. You'll likely have lost some strength and won't be as strong as you once were. But that's okay. You know why to Do to get back at it. This is life.

I crave sweets and sleep the week before my period. To be honest, I just give in and make sure to have a lighter lunch/dinner/workout a little more.

Only once had my weight been affected by going off birth control. I went off Portia (was on for years) and I dropped weight very easily (this was back 6 years ago). I recently went off birth control again, and haven't seen any huge difference.

Spices, salt, pepper. If I have a cup of Coffee I'll sometimes not log it, but will log whatever I put into it. I don't log the "zero calorie" flavour syrup I put in. I'll rarely log a cup of tea, diet soda, water etc.

I'm currently finishing up week 2 of Insanity Max 30 (this is my second time doing it). I've done the regular insanity in the past, but I find it really hard to do a 45min+ workout in the house. I'm on week 1 of Insanity max (just finished t25 and did insanity max this time last year. I can hardly walk my calves are so sore. The workout is super intense and I like it, especially since I'm living in hotel rooms for business lately.

Lululemon are my number one go to, I always buy them when they're on clearance. 2nd best, Nike. 3rd Tuff Athletics from Costco. While I like the Tuff leggings, I can't wear them for cardio as they do not stay up.

I've tried doing "fasted cardio", but to be honest, working out in the morning is not my thing. I feel like cement...it pains me to move my legs. I think it's just what works best for each person.

I get terrible chafing on my inner thighs. I've tried deoderant but I find it's useless after 10min. My favourite is Body Glide, it keeps things slick ! If body glide isn't an option I like baby powder too.

Hey, I'm doing T25 too! As many have mentioned, a HRM is key. Calories burned will be different for each person as there are so many different factors at play . I tried using the site SuperSaiyanEva linked to, and she's right, it's pretty accurate but will vary.

Well done, RitPip! Isaac, to me eating cleaning is really just eating whole, unrefined foods. Meals made from whole ingredients (nothing in packets/premade)
