I put my lifestyle sedentary but I always running around him and tired all the time my way of life was/is healthy,,nothing to do with me,,my parents were very strict towards this.   • I m the same. I dont feel like I need water at all and my diet isnt particularly water based. our bodies are different and they quite adjust with what we eat. I m like this since my childhood and temp goez up like 45 c where I live. I cant change it and I struggle to get even 16oz a day.

  • hiya I started few months ago. I also do youtube videos. already seens difference. I dont own any equipment whatsoever except good trainers. for weight I use water bottles and sometime my shampoo bottle thats 1kg. you can add me and my diary is open to friend you can see what i m.eating and what my exercise routine is.cx

  • me and my 3 sister all are diagnosed Pcos, but we 2 have children quite quick, but saying yhis we are skinny but we tend to gain very quickly, we just eat heathly as much as we can. no sugar. no processed food , no deep frying until I had children off ousre litle treat here and there
