Okay so for example....Yesterday I ate 1487 and my net calorie was 473... is that good? My goal stated at the bottom was 1650.

My calorie deflict is 1680 and is set to losing 1pound week. I try to burn at anywhere at 400-700 calories a day if I'm not too lazy.

I agree, Bio oil works really well. I used it after I had my son. Some of the stretch marks fade away and my stomach returned to it's original skin tone. (I need to start using it again)

I can understand where you coming from. My son is going on 3 next month and the highest I've weight 215lbs when I was pregnant and years after I had him. My family keep telling me that it's not baby weight anymore it's just fat and it's probably is but it's whatever. But now I'm 3.4lbs away from being my post pregnancy…

I'm Andrelle, I'm 22 and I know how you feel. My friends and family don't care and put me down all the time too about eating and losing weight, so you can imagine how hard it is for me to lose this weight. Not only am I doing it for me but I'm also doing it to prove them wrong. But so far I'm 26lbs down out of 50lbs.

I've actually tired it once when they first came out and I they don't work at all. And if you do see a change in your body it's only for a day or so. Don't waste your money girl. Probably try the detox teas you see all the time. Along with eating within your calorie range and exercise, it will actually work.

I wear one and doesn't cause harm to my body or anything. When I got mine I used to only wear it when I did some kind of exercise or walking. But it does give me a nice shape but it does hurt your back for awhile when you first get it. But its up to you if you wanna invest in one or not.

Sooo, will it be better if just cut out the rice, grains, potatoes, breads out my diet? Cause I basically just eat what I want I just try to eat less, healthier.

I've changed my activity level to mighty active because I will be walking 1mile or 2 per day to catch the bus to class. And if I'm understanding you correctly I should go back to 1.5- 2lbs for my loss?

You can try Smooth Move Tea, that usually works really good but if you really want to stay away from the caffeine you can try MiraLax. Just add it to your water, you won't taste or anything. I use it on my son, it makes it easy for him and works pretty good and fast.

Bio Oil is great for stretch marks. I used it after I had my son and it lighten up my tummy and my stretch marks are nearly visible. You can find it at Walmart in the lotion section or on Amazon.

I tried it before I found this app. And I can honestly say it does work but it is very temporary!! So I just advise you not to waste your money on it.

SWorkIt is pretty good. It has cardio, strength, yoga and stretching workouts available. You can time it, keep track of calories burned and sync onto MyFitnessPals.

Its really easy. You can eat more fruit and vegetables, eat the correct serving sizes, walk around your neighborhood or do videos that's free on YouTube (BeFit Channel is my favorite).

I too myself if reaching for the goal of under 200 by the end of the year. I started out at 211lbs now I'm 206.8. But I find motivation by looking at before and after picture, quotes and things from printerest.
