Activity Level
When is the right time to change my activity level? I've been not very active for about two months and I've been exercise/working out for about 5 days a week (at home) and only been losing 0.5+ pounds. I don't wanna change my activity level and I stop losing weight. (BTW my calorie number right now is 1680)
