So I need help or some advice on how I can get unstuck. I am currently stuck at 189lbs and I am aiming for 180 or less by May 10 (college graduation) but nothing I seem to be doing is helping. I tried over eat for a couple of days and then getting back to my calorie deficit, and I tried changing my goals to active and 2lb pund a week but nothing is working. I know I can lose 9+ pounds in a month but nothing I'm doing is working.

Do you own and religiously use a food scale? Do you log EVERYTHING?!? I'd start there.0
