I was wondering if anyone else uses another app to help them with their weight lost. I found this app that goes by SparkPeople, this app gives you a date when you should reach your goal, how many calories and how long you should be exercising as well as you calorie range. Idk if I want to use both or what. I just want everyone's feedback.

    Some other things I use:

    -I have a Garmin HRM and a Fitbit, so I have their apps
    -Wokamon is a game app where you get points for steps to play the game - it connects with lots of fitness trackers or step counting apps
    -Happy Scale to smooth out the readings on the scale (I weigh daily)
    -Habit Bull helps you record your progress with habits

    -stronglifts app
    -JEFIT APP (work outs for accessory work)
    -bounts (collect points for activity and get vouchers uk only I think)
    -happy scale
    -runkeeper for my cardio
