Help!!

Since I used this app I lost 5lbs and I'm so proud of myself for that. But I've seem to be stuck on 206 lately. I like the fact I can maintain that weight but how can I lose those 6lbs? At the same time I know I can gain my weight back at anytime since it has happen so many times before and i do NOT want that to happen. I just want to get out of the 200's by the end of this year. So words of encouragement, advice or pretty much anything that can help me will nice and useful.

    I think you should consider what you were doing to drop those 5 lbs. How long did it take? Have you changed your eating habits/exercise routine since then? It's good to switch up your exercise routines to keep your body from getting too used to a particular workout. Also, log everything! I assume your calorie goal is 1200. Mine is too and I try not to eat beyond that whether I have the additional calories to do so or not. Good luck!
