I just want to know has anyone drinking AVC (apple cider vinegar ) and warm water to help with their weight loss? If so what are some drinking that includes AVC in them that worked for you?

    Vinegar is good on salad or broccoli (my personal favorite) but does nothing for weight loss. Calorie deficit for weight loss.

    I use it when I make pork and roasted applea. Still meaning to try the ACV bacon salad dressing.
