Have anyone tired Insanity Fast and Furious? Is it crazy hard and how many calories would I burn? (Don't have a fitbit or nothing to help me figure it out so I need and would like to know and estimate )

    When i did insanity i just adjusted my set activity level worked for me

    I have all sets of Shawn T Insanity DVD's. Fast and Furious is a great workout. But its not that intense. Not sure how much calories you would burn.
