looking to get under 200 by end of year

hey guys I have set a goal to get under 200 pounds by the end of the year I know I can do it right now I'm sitting at 215 so I'm not that far from being there if I can get there before the end of the year than that's a huge goal for me. Anyway I will need all the Motivation and Support I can get as I work towards this new goal that I have set for my self. Please feel free to add me as a friend and I will do the same in return.

    I too myself if reaching for the goal of under 200 by the end of the year. I started out at 211lbs now I'm 206.8. But I find motivation by looking at before and after picture, quotes and things from printerest.

    I am also looking to get under 200lbs by the end of the year started at 252 lbs down to 202 getting real close to my goal will have to set a new one once I get there. Wish me luck
