Is it okay for you to burn half or more of the calories you've eaten?

The answer is: it's probably not good but it depends. How many calories are you eating? How many calories are you burning through exercise? How did you setup your goals? Do you know your TDEE? There are a lot of factors that could help us give you a more informed answer.0

My calorie deflict is 1680 and is set to losing 1pound week. I try to burn at anywhere at 400-700 calories a day if I'm not too lazy.0

Exercise machines are known to be way off.0 -
how much are you actually losing a week? Because if you have a deficit set to lose 1lb then that is 500 a day, plus burning 400-700, if it is accurate you should be losing 2lb.
Are you ok with losing 2lb a week? do you consider that healthy?0 -

Yeah, no. I'd be cutting the calories your exercise machine is giving you in half. If i went by the calories burned my dreadmill gave me, I'd be putting ON weight!
ETA: If i were to eat those exercise calories back.1
