You were pretty before and pretty after - great job getting healthy and happy! I love before and afters like this where everything is in proportion still. I am very scared of skin issues later down the road.

I air dry mine, then throw in the dryer on very low for 10 minutes just to get them less stiff. And mine are all elasticy skinny jeans! I think I could wear a size smaller but I'm not bothering to buy any yet. I love the Target Denizen but I haven't found any that aren't stretchy in forever.

I am afraid of getting the belly apron or my arms not going down enough...but it takes a few years for skin to shrink up. Toning exercises will help, throw on some Spanx to smooth out your clothes. I know I will consult a plastic surgeon if need-be for a body lift on parts that get bad. Insurance will sometimes cover/help…

You can get a pressure cooker and broast them - it tastes exactly like fried and has 70% less fat. I had a broasted chicken piece on Sunday and I was dying it was so damn good. Look up the calories/nutrients on here, not bad.

If I can take them from an 18 down to a 14 or 12 I'll be happy enough. It will give me more quality time with the newer ones :)

I'm spending Christmas with my in-laws for the first time this year, and I want to be a bit less huge! Also makes for a comfier plane ride. I hope to be down at least another 20 more by then. (the in-laws love me to pieces, I just want to look healthier and better with their cute son)

I bought the pre-cooked from Egglands Best because I can't handle the ones that peel poorly and I lose all that tasty egg white. But the pre-cooked ones have very little flavor! I end up putting them in a salad for protein but no taste. I must make my own fart-smelling eggs.

I use it to make dips healthier - well dip mixes are usually high in sodium but it's still better than using mayo. I use my food processor and throw in a thing of 1% fat cottage cheese and some seasonings, dill, celery salt, onion powder, etc. It blends up so creamy you'd swear it was a fatty ranch dressing.

What is CICO???? I'm lucky that I only like to drink water and coffee, so no pops or sweetened teas effect me. Well don't count booze because I love that but only one drinking day a week.

I think it's when people see you smaller than they're used to, they say things like that. And it's also how they try to compliment you. Don't take it as a harmful comment, even if it's not the most thoughtful!

We definitely do weight and strength training along with the cardio of class in general...but I should add in my own weight stuff at home, even if it's light. This is a healthy mindset. I guess I just see my body, say "get rid of this fat as fast as possible!" and get stressed and upset at small losses. I'm an impatient person in general. Thank you for the reminder to see the bigger goal.

That's a small dinner, 350-500. I kind of mentally make it through the rest of the day knowing I can have a decent dinner later.
