Drinking calories isn't usually for me. I like to eat. I'm not into the "More Protein" fad nor do I take large amounts of supplements of any kind, so cannot even comment on that. I'd say Bad or Ugly. A healthy, balanced diet - that's for me. A lot of people have smoothies and like them and it wouldn't be Bad for them to…

If you don't weigh all of your food, you are probably eating more than you think.
-
Since you're "probably not going to stop drinking it" I'm not sure what difference it makes whether it's bad or good. If you don't care, why would anyone else? Me, I drink water.

This is what I do. Italian - Olive Garden. Burgers - Burger King. There should be a law that everyone has to give out nutritional info. It sucks for dieters and people with specific health issues.

Yes, I track it because I like seeing everything on the charts and what point is there of tracking if you don't track everything but No, I don't try to balance it out since I'm already undereating every single day and losing weight. A day off here and there will just slow down the weight loss, not stop it. If I overeat, I…

It won't make you happy. It will never make you happy.
-
This you have time for.
-
You asked if you read it wrong. The answer was Yes, you did. The fact that if you'd read it correctly you still wouldn't like what he said doesn't change the fact that you read it wrong.

Looking better, feeling better and being healthier ARE the reward.

If you have the time to announce that you don't have time to look at nutrients, you have the time to look at them. We all make time for the things that are important to us.
-
I have time for it. You don't have time to look at the nutritional content of food, but you do have time to announce that you don't have time...something's off there.

Can there really be enough bodybuilder types who 1) buy into the idea that eating this stuff will give them bug muscles and 2) have excess cash to blow that someone makes a profit selling it? Just when you think you've heard it all...
-
Moderate moderation, though? You can eat gobs of some things and none of others? Not strict with the moderation?
-
As I said, there is no way to know. We only got dribs and drabs of nutritional info.

He didn't say they were unhealthy, but that he's trying to select the healthiest one.
-
You didn't list all the nutrients, so it's impossible to even guess which are healthiest.
-
I don't measure my water, but drink about a gallon a day, based on how much I buy and refill.

Tell them you're on a diet and will not be eating restaurant food so they shouldn't buy it. If they do, don't eat it. Conquering temptation gets easier the more you do it. Be consistent and soon it won't be hard.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet with a wide range of fruits of vegetables and you won't be orange. Avoid excesses.

210 is excessive, but that doesn't mean it's your problem. There is no possible way for us to tell you what your problem is, open or closed diary. You have to ask your doctor.

You'll gain 11 pounds and will lose 78% of it.

Oh, stop. You asked if you'd read it correctly and then misquoted, which proved that you hadn't, which he pointed out. The answer to your question about whether you read it correctly was NO, you didn't,

Most of the "type II" people ate themselves into diabetes. That can be avoided, of course. That doesn't mean tha everyone can avoid being diabetic. Not that we know of, anyway.
-
210 or 15? It doesn't really matter, but you've listed two different amounts now. Guessing won't help you. You want to know what is up with you and we cannot tell you that. When you get free medical advice online, you get what you pay for.

Eat salads or other low-cal food when you go out. It's boring, but if you're eating out a lot, you have to be careful. Willpower is what it is. You want to diet or you don't.

If I don't eat breakfast, I get much more hungry at night. I don't pretend to know why, but it's a thing for me. When I eat breakfast and don't eat at night, the weight loss goes smoother and easier. I sleep better and longer when I'm not full, too. So for me breakfast is very important. It's the most important meal if the…

Buy non-fat milk. Most stores have milk sold with different colored boxes or caps, so once you know your preferred color, you're good to go every time. Milk isn't a health requirement, though. You could cut it from your diet and be entirely healthy if you wanted to.

The RDA is 2.4 mcg per day, but this will vary based on the person. The 1000 may very well be overkill if you weren't told (by a doctor) to supplement. Vegetarians don't need more or less than anyone else. The problem with B-12 is usually with vegans, who don't eat any sort of animal product. Still, the amount the vegans…

Excessive protein is hard on the kidneys, but so many different things could be wrong or not wrong. You should ask your doctor. What did the doctor say?

It changed a couple. Encouragement comes from places I wouldn't have predicted as does discouragement. Out with the old, in with the new. That's life. The weight loss begat lifestyle changes and those moved some people into and some out of my life. My whole life changed. Everything. Even my new furniture is different…
