I have been anemic for years. About 20 years ago I had to have an emergency blood infusion, 2 bags, because my blood count was so low. After a few test I was told I had hemoglobin C disease. @prowell57 My best friend had a Pho get together and that was it for me. Fell in love with it. The savory broth with all the different meats, bean sprouts, peppers and lime.
