  • L010 Tuesday SW -161 CW -162.2 I know for sure I have not eaten extra calories to gain weight. I am going through perimenopause and wonder if sudden gain and decline is due to hormonal changes in the body. I feel no other changes other than the sudden weight gain.

  • Day 1 Challenge- Went out for walk today morning for 30 minutes. Day 2 Challenge- called couple friends and spoke with them.\ Day 3 Challenge- I took control of what goes in my mouth today. I craved for sweets, but delayed it by 5 minutes and the craving was gone. so proud of myself :) .

  • L010 Tuesday SW -161 CW -159 I usually don't loose 2 lbs in a week. I think above loss is due to hormonal changes. I had gained 3 pounds all of a sudden and it stayed with me for a month or so now I lost those. Looking forward to see changes next week.

  • Amazing ! You are an inspiration. If you don't mind, may I ask you - How long did it take you to loose last 20 pounds. During that time, how much was you net calorie intake (total calories-calories from workout) .
  • I have noticed that if I add zipfizz in my water and have it during workout, I don't get headaches. OR if I eat little milk/cereal before the workout I don't get headache.
  • @manderson27 . I want to add that- Managing all three (food, sleep, stress) + medication helped to get RA under control.
  • Eliminating milk/milk products, meat, spicy food and having more of plant based diet + medication prescribed by doctor helped my cousin with RA. Also eliminated night shade vegetables (potatoes, okra, eggplant, red/green peppers)
