I could never maintain on a shakes/bar type diet as it just didnt…

The chinese traditional eat lots of carbs but not alot of dairy! The Mediterraneans diet while including bread and pasta has alot of veg and fish in it...and healthy oils! US Brits and Irish seem to have a diet nearer to ( similar obsesity problems -especespecially in kids :'( ) as you guys! Maybe its the type of rubbish…

Caring for someone can leave us little time or energy to look after ourselves properly. So its not suprising your weight has crept up. Also lack of time, lack of decent sleep and stress can seriously affect what we eat and our metabolism!!! That said its amazing what you are doing for your dad. :) you just need to look…

I lost about 56 lbs last year really quickly in the space of about 6 weeks (due to ill health) and I got really bad loose skin around my belly, legs arms and boobs!!! absolutely hated it! made me feel more unattractive then my size ever did! although in clothes I looked good! I knew it was a different story once they were…

Think of it as a blip! you know you can do it! you also know HOW GOOD IT FEELS WHEN YOU START TO SEE RESULTS! so stop being so hard on yourself; the first step is the hardest. But every effort however small will get you back on track. I'm a bit like you been pigging out since Christmas, and had so many birthdays and things…

How far in are you? When I start to cut carbs I get cravings after a few days for sweet stuff! Generally lasts about 2 weeks and then its gone! I get sugar free jelly (or jello if you're in the US) im a brit! Or alternatively if you really are craving choc, put a bar of dark chocolate (high cocoa content) in the freezer…

Low fat = high carb (sugar) they've got to make it taste good somehow! Anyway id go for the full fat every time, and just watch how much. I find over time you get used to not having sweet thing's and can find substitutes..but you cant substitute cheese etc....but you can substitute the milk why not skip dairy altogether…
-
Thank god for that; I would really of worried! Who doesn't like carbs ( >:) and beer :p the carbs I am pretty good at kicking (the rubbish ones) .....im a cheese fiend :'( As for the impressions...the reality will be far worse than anything you can imagine!
