Learn to love who you are OP--you are so much more than a weight, height, or body type. <3 You are a unique, beautiful, capable human being on planet earth. You have so much to offer--learn to change your self-talk and mindset--stop wasting your precious time on earth worrying about bodies/body types. Took me awhile to…

You can do this! Take each day as it comes, make sure you eat up to your MFP calorie limit to eat in a calorie deficit, be patient with yourself and the process, and celebrate each small success. You got this! :)

Weight lifting would be a good addition to your routine and will help you tone up. :)

Very inspiring! :) Everyone looks so good--hard work pays off!

The food list is super limited--why do that to yourself? If you are trying to lose weight--plug all of your stats in to MFP and eat up to the daily calorie limit. If your goal is body recomposition, figure out your daily caloric limit for maintenance, calculate your body fat %, set an achievable goal to lower that…

Keep up the great work! Definitely noticeable--good job! :)

Don't eat fewer than 1200 calories. Please don't do that to your body. I suspect you could still lose with a higher daily calorie limit--the weight comes off more slowly, but it is also more sustainable. Just my $0.02. :)

No--that's never the answer for a stall in weight loss.

Excellent goals! Learn to turn down the volume on the part of your mind that only has negative things to say about you and your appearance. Good for you for recognizing that you need to make changes and lose weight. You are capable of reaching all of your goals!

You crack me up! Always love your posts ;)

Granula sounds awful...yuck!

I hate eating breakfast too OP--so I don't! I save my calories for when I am hungry and do want to eat--sometimes that means a snack right before bed. Meal timing in and of itself--like eating breakfast right after you wake up--has no bearing on weight loss. Eat at a calorie deficit, and you will lose weight. The…

I love my snacks. The linked article is just silly. Of course if you eat too many snacks, you'll gain weight--if you have a calorie surplus, you'll gain. I have snacks everyday but stay within my daily calorie limit--I'm eating at a caloric deficit, so I consistently lose weight. :)

You don't need a "cleanse." You need to plug all of your info into the "goals" section of MFP, figure out a reasonable daily calorie limit that will put you in a calorie deficit, eat a variety of foods that fit within your daily limit, and start to exercise--even walking can improve your health. By burning more calories…

No one is putting you down OP--just pointing out how flawed and dangerous your approach to weight loss is. Eat and nourish your body!

Not ideal...but it's an improvement!

Yes ;) ETA: Eat back any calories burned through exercise. Fuel your body!

Good on you for making some changes and focusing on becoming a better version of yourself--takes strength. Yes, loose skin, to answer your initial question, could become a factor due to your rapid weight loss. Please--for your health, endurance, muscle mass--increase your daily caloric intake to at least 1600. Exercise and…

Great advice--thank you! :)

Walking, yoga, weights :) Just try a few things out and try to find something you enjoy. I started yoga about a month ago to focus on my performance and set small fitness goals--it is fun to switch it up if you don't like walking or fitness videos. Don't worry if you can't do all the "moves" or if you have to stop to catch…
