Eating more to lose more when a plateau hits is never the answer... I don't have any helpful advice, but I know that increasing consumption is not going to help.

Another breakfast skipper here. I also delay eating until lunch--sometimes I don't eat until 3 or 4 pm. Helps me stick to my calorie goal. I have coffee, water, Diet Coke throughout the morning. Keep doing what works for you! The old adage of eating "three square meals a day" is not helpful or necessary. :)

When they do strike, I'll drink water, hot flavored herbal teas, eat a low cal popsicle ( my favorite are Nestle Outshine bars), or distract myself until the craving passes...Pickles are a good way to curb a snack attack--but I crave savory,…

Find a local, affordable seamstress--reasonable charge and you'll save money and time--I went this route to take in slacks, trousers, shorts--saved me a ton of money to change perfectly good clothes into the next size down. Congrats on your success!!

Water weight fluctuations can cause such a change. Keep on keepin' on and you will lose. :)

Don't give up on yourself--get back on track and remind yourself why your goals are important to you. Throw out foods that trigger binges, drink plenty of water, and let go of the guilt for getting momentarily off track. You got this!! You can do it!

Same. Drooling now just thinking about salt and vinegar chips!

Pizza Salt & vinegar chips French fries I can give up sweets with no problems...my weakness is savory treats! Almost impossible for me to work these in to my daily calorie goal, so I have to eliminate them for now

Favorite snack right now-- Sensible Portions veggie sticks with either ketchup & mustard or two tablespoons of low fat salad dressing (Bolthouse Farms chunky blue cheese is super yummy and only 35 calories per two tablespoons--yogurt based dressing). These are delicious combos to my tastebuds--others might think it's kinda…

Both :)

A calorie restrictive diet is the only thing that works--restricting calories so that one is in a daily caloric deficit, consuming fewer calories than one burns. Not sure what that doctor is trying to say...

Diet Coke is the best... <3

Don't weigh tomorrow--give it a couple of days :)

Learn to love who you are OP--you are so much more than a weight, height, or body type. <3 You are a unique, beautiful, capable human being on planet earth. You have so much to offer--learn to change your self-talk and mindset--stop wasting your precious time on earth worrying about bodies/body types. Took me awhile to…

You can do this! Take each day as it comes, make sure you eat up to your MFP calorie limit to eat in a calorie deficit, be patient with yourself and the process, and celebrate each small success. You got this! :)
