I had a very active day today I walked about 6 miles according to my phone, I was like 204.8 after the walk
But I was starving and went to Wendy's because it was late and nothing was open
I was only at 1100 calories before the trip to Wendy's but my meal at Wendy's clocked in at 1360 calories
That's about 2500 calories for the whole day
My phone says I'm only 96 calories over for the whole day because I was active and it says I burned about 2900
Is it possible I might still lose on the scale tomorrow
I'm too scared to weigh now

You might be a little higher due to water retention from sodium and maybe more carbs than you were used to. It will pass in a few days if you go back to your routine. Not a big deal in the larger picture.1

Don't look at day to day weight loss or gain. Look at the trend over time. 96 calories over your goal still puts you in a deficit, but the sodium and increased exercise may cause you to gain water weight.1

Don't weigh tomorrow--give it a couple of days3
