What would you say my activity level is?

I walk 7 miles a day according to my Apple Watch. 4 days a week I work as a CNA on 12 hour shifts and I do quite a bit of lifting and stuff. I also get between 30 minutes to an hour of "exercise" everyday, meaning I get my heart rate up quite high and sweat a lot.

We can count out sedentary, so would you guys say my activity is lightly active or moderate?

And just a little side note: I'm not asking this so I can adjust my calories or anything. I've been eating at just above sedentary for awhile now. Just wondering what you guys thought my activity level was
