Good Morning!
I have been on and off here for years! I have posted one success story about 3 years ago and lost about 25 lbs, then slowly started gaining it back over a few years. In the beginning of the year the largest I saw on the scale was 274 and it absolutely killed me. Ive slowly been changing eating habits, logging when I remember. Going on walks and doing Zumba 2 times a week. My first picture is from 2/15 then 3/25 then yesterday. I am currently at 258.5. I still cant see that much of a difference just looking in the mirror but after I saw the pictures I definitely could tell!
