About 2 hours after drinking it, when I laid down on bed it hit me and I couldn't get any sleep. It's in the lower left. The pain is kind of the same as if I just did a lot of sit ups. Ill just apply something cold/warm on it for now to see if it helps it in any way.

My stools have been perfectly fine. I went off dairy for a day but the pain was still there, I don't think it is lactose intolerance, I've been consuming dairy fine without issues. But, Ill find out once I get it diagnosed

Ah alright thanks for all the replies! I was going to use it to strengthen my wrists, I'm pretty sure I have carpel tunnel.

Thumbless grip + wider grip seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

I lose about .4-.6 a week. Some other weeks I lose .2

I'm not sure how I would go about to find my TDEE I own a Samsung gear fit 2 and it says my workouts are about 180 calories burnt off. It tells me I burn 2k calories a day on avg with that. So I should be in a 500 surplus. But I'm still losing. I'll look around to find a way to re calculate my TDEE

It's from Boston pizza, the dish is Steak and vegetables.

I just dont feel comfortable while performing it and im fairly sure I'm messing up the movement while performing it with a stance to wide. Ill record myself later to confirm that

That might be it. I eat about 1300 mg of sodium a day. I just eat foods with low sodium I'll try upping that up and see what happens.

Well i mean, sometimes when I stand up my head starts spinning. That's one of my concerns and I thought maybe my hr was related to it

Thank you for all the replies I'm reassured its a fairly common thing. It seems like its common for athletic people. I was just judging by bpm based on this heart rate monitor which says average resting bpm should be at lowest 61. But yeah thanks again!

Something new, the pain has went away within 30 minutes of my post.

Alright, thank you both for your responses! I'm more relieved now haha.

Yeah I've decided to clean bulk at TDEE + 250 Calories. I'm prepared for weight gain, unlike last time though, I would actually be considered fit. I would never exercise before. I find myself very skinny st the moment, I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs and I've wanted to put on some weight. I'll probably bulk until I'm satisfied with…

I'm not too comfortable posting a video haha. But I did manage to find a mistake I did in my form. What I would do is sit down like a squat. After watching a few videos I found out you have to bend more like a "bowing" kind of bend. Basically at first my hips were parralel to my knees. Also, I tried performing a dead lift…

I weight 140 lbs. I was obese before, (220lbs) at 5'8" Fast food is what made me into that. Ate that stuff daily. So you can see why I hate approaching it and think of it as disgusting. By no nutrients I mean its not the "best" there's little to no fiber, loaded with fat (I keep my fat at 25% daily), no vitamins. I could…

My bad I should've specified. We eat fast food with them on occasion. Typically for birthdays on my dads side of the family (Going out to restaurants, grandfather likes to get KFC etc)
-
I have to eat a decent amount of carbs and fat with my protein to feel satiated. Maybe that's your issue.
-
Will do! It might take a few months to get all the equipment required but I'll post pictures whenever I have everything setup.

Yup! I've found one with monkey bars and even with it attached, it comes up to 82" Thanks to the both of you for your help! I really appreciate it :)

My ceiling is 93" High. I'm not 100% sure if a standard one would end up working with a pull up bar. I should probably just forget the pull up bar and get one without it, shouldn't I lol I'll look around if anyone locally has one. One more quick question, would overheads work in a standard rack?
-
Ouch that's expensive haha. What do you think of half racks? They're shorter and the one I was looking at can hold up to 300 lbs
-
Would you happen to know any power racks that are about 6' in height and ship to canada? Having no luck on amazon :/
-
Alright I'll go look at a few programs. Thanks for the advice guys :)
-
I am trying to get mass.

Whenever I'm in the mood for something sugary I toss some bananas in a blender along with almond butter and some vanilla protein powder. Delicious.
-
Great job!!! You look great! Congratulations :) Also, I've experienced the same as you. I was obese, 220 lbs at 5'8" and currently am at 135lbs and have that skinny fat look. How long did it take you with strength training for that to go away if you don't mind answering?
-
I sure hope so haha. I'm tired of losing weight (odd to say that) I'm 19 and I try to limit my cardio. I'll wait a few more weeks and if I keep losing weight I'll try adding more calories
-
Eh. I'll probably end up buying a 7ft Olympic bar so it won't be as much of a hassle.
