I've heard running helps. Other people have mentioned kick-boxing and yoga as good options as well depending on how you are feeling that day (stressed, angry, etc...). Another friend does Zumba just because she likes the music and the dancing - makes her feel happy.

Get the StrongLifts 5X5 app or the Strong Curves book (specifically for women) as they have very guided routines. The Strong Curves book also has pics of the exercise and very descriptive instructions on how to do the move properly.

Its swim week for me! My little guy is camping with grandma and grandpa so I get to swim laps at the local rec center. Doing that as my main cardio (30-45 minutes) and focusing on weights in the morning. Today is Hump Day though so it was leg day so lots of squats, lunges, and kettle bell swings.

The dress I was planning to wear to my cousin's wedding in 2 weeks is too big. Not sure if that is a victory though as I love this dress...oh wait!!! I get to go shopping - total victory!

Its swim week! Monday-Thursday I will be swimming laps for 30-45 minutes each day. I will also be keeping my "hump day" workout on Wednesday and doing some walking and weights. Friday I will either re-do the hump day workout (slightly tweaked) or do the Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD again.

Overslept today so just did some upper body weights - biceps curls, triceps extensions, chest press and fly, and back fly and rows. Some jumping jacks and crunches were in there as well. Going to be carrying rocks down a big hill today so that will be my main workout I guess.
