Made a hash for the week: roasted sweet potatoes, crumbled sage sausage, kale, sautéed onion, chopped apple and topped with two fried eggs.

Chips. Cheetos. Puff corn. Msg-laden crispy goodness. I don’t stop eating until I reach the bottom! Now I buy the mini bags. I can reach the bottom without hating myself 🤪

Eat the foods you like, just in moderation. You don’t have to give them up.

You didn’t give up sugar if you’re still consuming sugar. You’re just eating much much less of it than before, which is fine. Are you eating enough? Is your diary open? Are you consuming enough protein/fiber/fat to keep you satiated?

No, you do not choose sedentary and then add exercise calories to it. That’s why it gives you other options for activity level. Even with a desk job, you could choose at least Lightly Active. Anyway, the other people’s advice here is dead on. You don’t have that much to lose. You don’t need to starve to lose weight and be…

Overnight oats with greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, flax seed, bananas, blueberries, and pb.

Unrelated: If that is your true calorie count, you aren’t eating enough. If you’re working out that frequently, you need to change your MFP settings to reflect that. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. .5-1lb of loss a week is progress in the right direction! Not being consistent with weighing and measuring food could…

I feel your pain. We’re here for you!

Fat does not make you fat. Fat is good for you. Fat protects your organs, particularly your heart and your brain. Fat helps satiate you and keep you focused. My doctor was worried about me when I wasn’t getting enough fat in my diet doing Weight Watchers. She demanded I take fish oil and eat nuts or avocado every day to…

Stick to the plan, make sure you’re in a moderate calorie deficit and you will succeed!

The only person that can change everything is you. Motivation is fickle. It comes and goes. It’s self-discipline that gets you where you need and the results you want. Nobody “feels like” doing all the things all the time. In the words of Nike: Just Do It!

I’m 28. Used to be 230+/- lbs. Got down to the 150’s, got complacent and let health issues dictate my life. I’m back up to 181, but I’m not giving up. Gonna jump back in and make goal!
