Day 17 of 21 Day Fix: switched it up with Barre Legs. ✅ Was rough! It’s so crazy that it’ll be over soon. Three weeks flew by! Considering The Hammer and Chisel next...thoughts?1

Stairclimber and legs at the gym. Discovered today that the max level is 20! I got an extra burst of energy when “Sabbath Mater” came up in my shuffle! Just saw Behemoth on Saturday and they totally played that! 🤘🤨
Almost wanted to sing along...’Cept I don’t do that, and they’d kick me out...and probably ban me from coming back. 😂🤣😂

Finished 21 Day Fix, started The Master’s Hammer and Chisel ✅ Today is a rest day, thank god! This plan is night and day from 21 Day Fix. 😵1
